Holly’s experience combined with her passion for inclusive leadership enables her to motivate diverse teams around a shared vision and elevate work across disciplines. She inspires people to care deeply about their craft, value the contributions of others, and show up every day with optimism, intention, and a commitment to do meaningful work.
“I have never felt so inspired and learned so much and I attribute that to Holly, her mentorship, and the magical team she has created.”

“When I decided to become a designer 10 years ago, my goal was to work at one of the ‘cool Seattle agencies’. As I got older I began to realize how important it was for me to also align morally and ethically with my employer - not just with the clients and the projects but also with the company as a whole.
I can happily say that Wildern checked all of those boxes for me. My younger self probably wouldn't believe me if I told her I got to work at one of those cool Seattle agencies... and even a year ago, I don’t know if my adult self would believe me if I told her that I get to work with clients
helping to slow climate change, end homelessness, provide consulting services to activists working with local tribes and progressive politicians, Seattle pillars like the Victoria Clipper, Windermere Real Estate, and Pike Place Market... the list goes on. To top it off, I get to work with the most badass team of creatives in the biz. I have never felt so inspired and learned so much and I attribute that to Holly, her mentorship, and the magical team she has created.”
